Co-Counsel With L&L

If you are a licensed attorney interested in providing asset protection to your clients via a co-counsel relationship with Lodmell & Lodmell, then we want to hear from you!

We work with attorneys who want to provide the highest level of Asset Protection Planning to their clients now.  We work in a co-counsel relationship with you to help you identify both current and new clients who need Asset Protection Planning.

The work will be shared and we will provide step-by-step training in the areas that you are currently not working in. We find that attorneys who currently practice in the areas of:

• Estate Planning
• Business Law, or
• Domestic Asset Protection

are ideal to develop a co-counsel relationship with.  We can provide immediate support to give your firm the expertise necessary to add the International Asset Protection Trust to your services.

We are specifically looking for attorneys to both support with your current and new clients, as well as refer work to for our clients and contacts which have expanded needs best served locally.

We offer training and support on how to best market asset protection to your clients, and we are fully equipped to handle all the document production and ongoing maintenance of the plans we create.
